They Said It Couldn't Be Done!

We at NHSI, P.C. believe that prevention and elimination of painful or debilitating conditions of the upper and lower extremities can be consistently offered by making a concerted effort at education through research, conferences, and offering services at multiple locations, bringing the treatment to the patient as much as possible.   The vigilant efforts made by Dr. Ichtertz and staff on improving patients' outcomes have led to a host of the least invasive, minimally uncomfortable, definitive treatment options for problems such as tennis elbow (percutaneous tenotomy), trigger finger (percutaneous A-1 pulley release), wrist arthritis and painful wrist instability (percutaneous wrist denervation),  among other treatment protocols.

Outcome Studies:

  • For carpal tunnel syndrome
  • For shoulder impingement surgery
  • For trapezial resection arthroplasty
  • Percutaneous elbow tenotomy
  • Wrist denervation
